The concept of this designed apartment is implied within its interior architectural layout.

Instead of investing all of the budget on furniture and specific elements, budget is divided into two parts:

• 1st part is dedicated to the rearrangement of the apartment interior architecture, adding value to it as a real estate property for possible future plans (selling, renting).
• 2nd part to the furniture that is a complimentary element for the concept, in this case furniture can be changed in the future in any case of boredom or damage without losing all the investment money that was dedicated for this project from the beginning.

Advantage of rearranging plan layout:

• Creating different zones with an open plan circulation, this providing more light to all zones, circulating around a black core element.
• Space communication throughout all zones that are placed into specific m2 area but using all the space around it for their functions and services.
• The core element acts as a focal point that is seen from all zones, hosting the following:

Decorative niches, chimney, TV unit, two sliding and decorative walls that separate the living room from the rest of   the plan. This on one hand acting as a guestroom when needed, defining the bar area and extending its design.

• The bathroom held within the core element serves as guest’s and also offers a direct private axis to bedrooms zone.
• Master bedroom is relocated with in the open plan and designed to provide sunlight for its bathroom.
